Job Description

Towne Park is a leading company specializing in providing professional parking and hospitality services. Known for its commitment to guest satisfaction and operational excellence, Towne Park offers a comprehensive range of valet parking, shuttle services, and guest support solutions designed primarily for hotels, airports, hospitals, and retail centers. The company prides itself on delivering exceptional customer experiences through courteous and efficient service that enhances the overall perception of its clients' properties. Towne Park operates with a strong focus on safety, professionalism, and innovation, consistently seeking to improve the ways it serves guests and partners through technology and well-trained staff.

The Guest Service Associate role at Towne Park is pivotal in maintaining this high standard of guest satisfaction. This position is designed for individuals who are passionate about hospitality, customer service, and operational reliability. Serving as the frontline representative, the Guest Service Associate is responsible for creating a welcoming and positive first impression for all guests. The job involves attending to guest vehicles through safe parking and retrieval practices, assisting guests with luggage and directions, and providing helpful, courteous interaction at all times.

Employment is offered on a part-time basis with a schedule from Monday to Friday, 7am to 4pm. The hourly wage for this position is $15 per hour plus tips, with a compensation structure competitive within the industry and aligned with the employee's skills, experience, and geographic location. Benefits available to eligible employees encompass accident insurance, critical illness insurance, hospital indemnity coverage, telemedicine services, and enrollment options in a 401k retirement savings plan. These benefits are designed to support the health, well-being, and future financial security of Towne Park's workforce, subject to eligibility criteria based on job classification and tenure.

In this role, the Guest Service Associate plays an essential part in ensuring the smooth, safe, and efficient operation of parking services. Duties include greeting guests with professionalism, managing vehicle operations with caution, assisting with luggage and bell services, and providing accurate information about parking services and facility amenities. Maintaining clear communication and attention to detail is critical, as the job involves handling claim checks, completing damage surveys, and accurately collecting revenue. The associate must also uphold safety standards by following designated protocols for parking and vehicle retrieval.

This position requires physical stamina as much of the work takes place outdoors and involves prolonged standing, walking, and the ability to exert force to assist with luggage. The environment exposes employees to varying weather conditions, demanding resilience and adaptability. Towne Park values employees who demonstrate reliability, teamwork, and a friendly attitude, ensuring guests receive unparalleled service that reflects positively on the Towne Park brand and its client properties. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals seeking to build a career in hospitality and customer service with a respected and growing company.
