Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver’s license
- One month related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Knowledge of customer and personal services
- Ability to read and write standard English
- Ability to comprehend simple instructions and correspondence
- Ability to write simple correspondence
- Ability to effectively present information to guests and coworkers
- Ability to perform basic arithmetic with American currency
- Understanding of 24-hour and military time
- Ability to operate manual transmission highly desirable
- Ability to perform parallel parking
Job Qualifications

- One month related experience or equivalent education and experience
- Knowledge of customer service principles
- Ability to read, write, and comprehend simple English
- Ability to perform basic math operations including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
- Understanding of 24-hour and military time systems
- Ability to explain rates and operate manual transmissions highly desirable
- Ability to perform parallel parking
Job Duties
- Maintain pleasant, friendly and professional demeanor with guests and coworkers
- Greet guests within five feet with professional and friendly attitude
- Use guest last names during interactions
- Practice proper phone etiquette
- Park and retrieve vehicles cautiously
- Assist guests with bell services and luggage storage
- Open vehicle and hotel doors for guests
- Provide guests with directions, taxi assistance, and reservation information
- Deliver messages, items, and guest amenities
- Shuttle guests to approved locations
- Explain parking rates and procedures to guests
- Issue and collect claim checks responsibly
- Complete and maintain ticket information including key tag, guest folio, and damage surveys
- Calculate and collect revenue when necessary
