Job Description
Towne Park is a leading provider of professional parking services, known for delivering exceptional guest experiences through attentive, friendly, and efficient hospitality. As an established company in the parking and guest service industry, Towne Park is committed to excellence, ensuring every interaction with their guests is positive and memorable. The company operates across various locations offering services that include valet parking, luggage assistance, and shuttle transportation, all designed to enhance the convenience and satisfaction of patrons.
Towne Park offers competitive and fair compensation, which is reflective of each candidate's skills, experience, and education, as well as their geographic location. For this particular role, the company provides an hourly base pay of $15 plus tips, emphasizing the value placed on excellent service. The position is part-time, requiring availability of 10-15 hours per week, and notably excludes nights and weekends, accommodating individuals seeking flexible work schedules without evening or weekend commitments.
The role of Guest Service Associate at Towne Park is integral to maintaining the company’s reputation for outstanding customer care. The associate is responsible for delivering superior hospitality by ensuring guests receive prompt, friendly, and courteous service from the moment they arrive. This includes managing the safe and timely parking and retrieval of guest vehicles, assisting with luggage, and providing other support services that contribute to an overall pleasant guest experience.
In addition to vehicle handling duties, the role involves helping guests with directions, reservations, and inquiries about the facility’s amenities and local attractions. Associates act as the company’s face during guest interactions, demonstrating professionalism and attentiveness, greeting guests personally, and maintaining a positive attitude throughout their shift. Towne Park values associates who can foster meaningful guest relations by using guest names and maintaining a courteous manner at all times.
The job requires attention to operational details such as issuing claim checks for vehicles, collecting revenue when applicable, and accurately recording ticket information including vehicle location and damage surveys. This ensures the smooth and secure functioning of valet operations. The physical demands of this role include standing or sitting for long periods, occasionally lifting heavy objects, and enduring outdoor working conditions that may include extreme weather. Towne Park supports accessibility and encourages reasonable accommodations to help individuals succeed in this position.
This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy interactive, service-oriented work in a dynamic environment and who possess strong interpersonal skills combined with the ability to manage routine tasks following established guidelines. Towne Park provides employees the opportunity to partake in benefits such as various insurance options and a 401k retirement savings plan, further supporting employee well-being and financial security. This combination of competitive pay, flexible hours, and a supportive company culture makes the Guest Service Associate position a compelling choice for candidates interested in hospitality and customer service sectors.
