- valid driver’s license for the state of application or a commutable distance
- one month related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- ability to read and write standard English
- ability to comprehend and write simple instructions and correspondence
- ability to operate manual transmission is highly desirable
- ability to perform parallel parking

Job Duties
- Maintain pleasant, friendly and professional demeanor with all guests, co-workers, and clients
- Acknowledge and greet guests within five feet using proper salutations
- Use guest last names during interactions
- Park and retrieve vehicles safely while driving cautiously
- Assist guests with bell services and luggage storage
- Open vehicle and hotel doors for guests
- Provide information about parking rates, retrieval procedures, local amenities, and directions
- Deliver messages, items, and guest amenities as requested
- Issue claim checks after receiving vehicle keys and collect claim checks before returning keys
- Maintain accurate ticket information including key tags, guest folio, and damage surveys
- Calculate and collect revenue for vehicles when needed
