We are currently seeking enthusiastic Valet/Guest Service Associates to join our team and uphold our high standards of guest service. This full-time role involves welcoming guests promptly and warmly, handling their vehicles with the utmost care and professionalism, and providing helpful information about the hotel and surrounding area. As a Valet/Guest Service Associate, you will be the first and last point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for their stay with your positive attitude and friendly demeanor.

Candidates must be flexible with their work schedules, as the role requires availability during varied hours to accommodate guest needs. The ideal applicant has at least one year of customer service experience and excels in communication, embodying a positive, upbeat attitude that drives an extraordinary guest experience. Working outdoors and being physically active are key components of this position, as it involves running to retrieve cars, standing for long periods, and being exposed to weather conditions and vehicle exhaust fumes.

This role demands an individual who can perform under fast-paced environments while maintaining professionalism and friendliness. Responsibilities include greeting guests within the first 30 seconds of arrival, parking and retrieving vehicles safely and efficiently, securing car keys immediately, and adhering to uniform and appearance standards set by AAA Parking. You will be expected to practice the AAA Basics, ensuring all guest interactions are characterized by safety, speed, and exceptional service.
