Job Requirements
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule
- ability to greet guests warmly and promptly
- knowledge of safe driving and parking practices
- physical ability to run and stand for long periods
- ability to adhere to uniform and appearance standards
- experience working in guest services or hospitality preferred
Job Qualifications
- At least one year of customer service experience
- exceptional communication skills

- ability to work outdoors
- ability to perform physical activities such as running and standing for extended periods
Job Duties
- Acknowledge and greet guests within 30 seconds
- provide professional, fast, fun and friendly service
- park and retrieve vehicles
- maintain pleasant, friendly and professional demeanor with all guests, hotel staff and co-workers
- practice AAA Basics
- immediately secure all keys
- adhere to all AAA Parking uniform and appearance standards
- ensure all guest's valet experiences are memorable and unique
- run fast to retrieve cars
- drive slow when presenting cars
