Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license for the state you are applying to work or within a commutable distance
- At least one month related experience and/or training or equivalent education and experience
- Knowledge of customer and personal service principles
- Ability to read and write standard English
- Ability to comprehend simple instructions and correspondence
- Ability to write simple correspondence
- Effective communication skills in one-on-one and small group settings
- Basic arithmetic skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication and division with money
- Understanding of 24 hour and military time systems
- Ability to understand rates applicable to time passed
- Ability to operate a manual transmission is highly desirable
- Ability to perform parallel parking
Job Qualifications

- Ability to present information effectively in one-on-one and small group situations
- Ability to perform basic arithmetic operations including money calculations

Job Duties
- Maintain pleasant, friendly and professional demeanor with guests, co-workers and clients
- Acknowledge and greet guests within five feet using guest last names
- Practice proper phone etiquette and post in designated areas when not completing tasks
- Park and retrieve vehicles cautiously and assist guests with bell services and luggage storage
- Provide guests with directions, taxi information, reservations and facility amenities details
- Deliver messages, items and guest amenities as requested
- Shuttle guests to approved locations
- Explain parking rates and retrieval procedures to guests
- Issue and collect claim checks accurately
- Complete and maintain ticket information including damage surveys
- Calculate and collect revenue for vehicles when necessary
