We are currently seeking a dedicated Valet to join our team, a role pivotal to enhancing the arrival experience for residents, their families, and visitors.

The Valet position is responsible for providing courteous and efficient valet parking services and front door assistance. This role is central to ensuring that every individual who arrives feels acknowledged and respected from the moment they enter our community. The Valet will assist residents and visitors as they arrive, safely park vehicles, and facilitate the delivery of packages and groceries directly to residents' apartments. Additionally, the Valet will manage and monitor parking garage operations, including troubleshooting issues with the pay machine and exit gate.

This position demands reliability, politeness, and a proactive approach. The Valet must be capable of driving both automatic and manual transmission vehicles safely and possess a clean Florida driver's license and driving record. Alongside driving duties, the Valet will provide essential support by assisting the Palace driver with unloading packages from the community shuttle bus.

Working in our senior living community requires not only technical skills but also emotional intelligence and patience, especially when interacting with elderly residents. Therefore, clear communication skills, the ability to write routine reports, and basic math skills are important. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, able to work flexible hours including weekends, holidays, and emergency situations, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
