Job Requirements

must be at least 21
alcohol awareness card required
must be able to drive all class 'C' vehicles and be comfortable with different vehicle types
must be comfortable driving large vehicles
must have DMV printout with a 3-year clean record re-checked regularly
adhere to all grooming standards with no visible tattoos, piercings or unnatural hair and nail colors

Job Duties

greet all guests with a warm and friendly welcome
open doors for guests when they enter the building
work in a high volume, fast paced environment
assist guests with checking their luggage in and out
assist with taxis and directions when requested
maintain a clean and safe hotel lobby area
maintain usage of all Atlantis service standards
ensure all bell tags are properly filled out with attention to detail
assist the Valet department when business demands fluctuate
perform other incidental and related duties as assigned
control check ins and check outs ensuring timely service for guests
