Job Requirements
- Must be at least 19 years of age
- Must have 3 years of driving experience
- Valid driver's license with no accidents or 2-point driving infractions in the last 5 years
- Fluent in English with excellent communications skills
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Some customer service or public relations experience
- Reliable means of transportation to work
- Ability to accommodate a flexible work schedule
- Ability to communicate positively and work effectively on a team
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to report data and perform basic math
- Must possess a cell phone and email account
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
Job Qualifications
- Must be at least 19 years of age
- Must have 3 years of driving experience
- Must possess a valid driver's license with no accidents or 2-point driving infractions in the last 5 years
- Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communications skills
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Some customer service or public relations experience
- Enthusiasm for delivering exceptional customer service
- Ability to communicate positively with co-workers, customers and vendors
- Ability to work effectively on a team and independently

- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- Comply with all company policies and procedures
- Assist in maintaining station operations
- Update valet and EV charging logs
- Maintain a clean and orderly work environment including relief of car backlog
- Acknowledge and greet all incoming customers in a friendly, welcoming manner
- Perform outdoor concierge and customer service duties as requested
- Safely perform valet parking and EV services including parking, retrieving, and delivering customer vehicles and management of EV charging stations
