Job Description

East Coast Valet (ECV) is a well-established valet parking company based in Lantana, Florida, with an impressive track record of providing exceptional valet services across numerous prestigious locations throughout Southern Florida since 1990. Known for its reliability, professionalism, and commitment to customer satisfaction, ECV has cultivated a strong reputation as a leader in the valet parking industry. The company emphasizes a positive and inclusive workplace culture, offering robust incentive programs, opportunities for career advancement, and employee engagement activities such as company picnics and trips to professional sporting events. Valet Park of America, the parent entity of ECV, is dedicated to supporting its employees, customers, clients, and the community with integrity and excellence.

This position invites motivated individuals who take pride in offering exceptional customer service while performing the physical and fast-paced tasks associated with valet parking. ECV is currently hiring both full-time and part-time Valet Parking Attendants in the Boca Raton, FL area. The role is designed for those who thrive in dynamic environments where they can interact daily with a wide array of clients and be the visible face of the company. Valet attendants at ECV not only provide essential vehicle parking services but also contribute significantly to the customers' overall experience by maintaining professionalism, cleanliness, and attentiveness.

The pay structure includes a base hourly rate of $16 per hour plus tips, with many attendants earning an average total of $16 to $20 per hour. Employees enjoy weekly payroll options including checks, direct deposit, or pay cards, alongside daily tip earnings. ECV supports its staff with paid sick time, 401k plans for qualifying employees, and full-time team members receive medical and dental insurance coverage with a 50/50 split after 90 days, as well as additional vacation time. The company is deeply committed to treating employees with respect and fairness, fostering a work environment where everyone is recognized by management across all levels. Training ensures that employees have the skills necessary to safely and efficiently operate both standard and automatic transmission vehicles, and assist customers promptly.

The job demands physical endurance, excellent communication skills, and a proactive, customer-centered mindset. Attendants are expected to stand for extended periods, run frequently during shifts, and assist in handling various items such as wheelchairs, strollers, and baggage. The outdoor work environment requires resilience to weather conditions without compromising service quality. ECV also prioritizes safety and legal compliance, requiring a valid Class D driver’s license with a clean driving record, and conducts thorough criminal background checks as part of the hiring process.

Ideal candidates include those with backgrounds in customer service, hospitality, retail, transportation, or security sectors, and the company is particularly supportive of veterans and active-duty military personnel. Both parents and individuals seeking flexible schedules, including evening and night shifts, will find accommodating work hours with ECV. The company values a neat appearance, a positive attitude, and dedication during an initial 30-day trial period where employee performance is closely monitored to maintain high standards. With a commitment to promoting from within, excellent employee benefits, and a vibrant, respectful workplace, East Coast Valet offers a rewarding opportunity for those seeking a dynamic role in a growing company.
