Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- previous customer service experience preferred
- valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- no more than three moving violations within three years
- pass and maintain a clean background check
- able to stand, walk, run short distances, and lift up to 50 lbs
- available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- maintain professional appearance and grooming standards
- able to work in indoor and outdoor environments including parking garages and active traffic areas
- use communication devices such as phones and radios
- adhere to company policies and federal, state, and local employment laws
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- previous customer service experience preferred
- helpful attitude and strong customer service mindset
- valid driver’s license with reliable transportation
- clean motor vehicle record with no more than three moving violations in three years
- successful completion of background check

- ability to adapt and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
- commitment to follow safety protocols and company standards
Job Duties
- Check vehicles for damage and record details on claim tickets
- safely park and retrieve vehicles following all safety guidelines
- clock in and out on time and report tips accurately
- maintain a clean, organized, and presentable valet area
- handle guest concerns politely and solve problems promptly
- arrive on time in full uniform and follow company policies
- assist with additional tasks to support team operations
