Job Requirements

High school diploma or GED
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Maintain an acceptable motor vehicle record with no more than 3 moving violations in 3 years
Successful completion of background check
Ability to stand, walk, run short distances, and lift up to 50 pounds
Availability to work all shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Adherence to uniform and grooming standards
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to follow company policies and safety guidelines

Job Qualifications

Previous customer service experience preferred
Strong customer service mindset and helpful attitude
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Ability to adapt to changing work environments

Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Pass background check successfully

Job Duties

Check for vehicle damage and record details on claim tickets
Safely park and retrieve vehicles according to key handling procedures
Follow all safety guidelines and company policies
Clock in and out for shifts and breaks punctually
Report tips accurately and transparently
Maintain the valet area cleanliness and organization
Handle guest concerns politely and provide efficient customer service
Manage traffic flow within parking areas professionally
Support team by assisting with additional operational tasks
Arrive on time, in full uniform, and demonstrate professional appearance
