Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Maintain an acceptable motor vehicle record with no more than 3 moving violations in 3 years
  • Successful completion of background check
  • Ability to stand, walk, run short distances, and lift up to 50 pounds
  • Availability to work all shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Adherence to uniform and grooming standards
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to follow company policies and safety guidelines

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Check for vehicle damage and record details on claim tickets
  • Safely park and retrieve vehicles according to key handling procedures
  • Follow all safety guidelines and company policies
  • Clock in and out for shifts and breaks punctually
  • Report tips accurately and transparently
  • Maintain the valet area cleanliness and organization
  • Handle guest concerns politely and provide efficient customer service
  • Manage traffic flow within parking areas professionally
  • Support team by assisting with additional operational tasks
  • Arrive on time, in full uniform, and demonstrate professional appearance
