Over the years, Towne Park’s reputation has been built on its genuine care, professional service, and excellence in hospitality.

The current opportunity available at Towne Park is for the role of a Guest Service Associate, a pivotal position within the company’s operations. The Guest Service Associate is responsible for key tasks such as parking and retrieving guest vehicles with utmost care, assisting guests with their luggage, and providing courteous and professional service at all times. This role requires excellent communication skills to engage with guests in a friendly manner, using personalized greetings and addressing them respectfully by their last names. Additionally, the associate manages operational duties including explaining parking rates, handling claim checks, and ensuring all vehicle information is recorded accurately.

Working hours for this role are set from 10am to 6:30pm, and the compensation is competitive with an hourly base pay starting at $14.75, with a high tip potential that can raise earnings to approximately $22 to $25 per hour. The Guest Service Associate role at Towne Park is ideal for candidates who are passionate about hospitality and customer service, possess a valid driver’s license, and have a basic understanding of customer service principles. Candidates do not need extensive prior experience as some training is provided, but must possess good communication skills, the ability to read and write in English, and a commitment to safety and operational procedures. Physical fitness is also important, as the job often requires prolonged standing, walking, and occasional lifting of up to 100 pounds.
