Job Requirements

  • Must have a high school diploma or GED
  • Possess a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Maintain an acceptable motor vehicle record with no more than 3 moving violations in 3 years
  • Successfully pass and maintain a clean background check
  • Must be able to stand, walk, run short distances, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods
  • Ability to work in various weather conditions including heat, cold, and rain
  • Must be available to work all scheduled shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Comply with all company policies and safety procedures
  • Maintain punctuality and professionalism at all times

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Previous customer service experience preferred
  • Strong customer service mindset and helpful attitude
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Job Duties

  • Check vehicles for damage and record details on claim tickets
  • Safely park and retrieve vehicles following key handling procedures and safety guidelines
  • Clock in and out for shifts and breaks on time and report tips accurately
  • Keep the valet area clean, organized, and presentable
  • Handle guest concerns politely and solve problems quickly
  • Arrive on time, in full uniform, and ready to work following all company rules
  • Assist with other tasks to support team and daily operations
