We are currently seeking reliable Valet Attendants for first-shift positions, scheduled Monday through Friday, primarily working from 8 am to 4 pm. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals seeking a stable daytime role with competitive pay of $15 per hour plus tips that can bring total compensation up to $18-$20 per hour. In this role, Valet Attendants are the frontline representatives of the medical establishments we serve. Your primary responsibility includes greeting and assisting customers upon arrival, safely parking and retrieving their vehicles, and promptly returning to your station to assist other arriving patrons. This requires quick, consistent movement, including a significant amount of running up to 100 yards multiple times per shift. The job demands attentiveness, efficiency, and excellent communication skills to ensure the utmost satisfaction of visitors during potentially stressful situations.

The position involves considerable physical demands, such as standing for at least eight hours each day, frequent entering and exiting of vehicles, and occasionally lifting objects such as wheelchairs, strollers, walkers, and luggage. Adaptability to various weather conditions—be it heat, rain, or cold—is essential, as shifts are mandatory regardless of the weather. We strive to foster a strong team-oriented environment where all employees maintain a neat appearance and a positive attitude throughout their shifts.

Our hiring process includes a thorough criminal background check, and all hires begin with a 30-day trial period to evaluate performance and suitability for the role. This trial period includes a four-shift training phase where employees earn a higher base pay rate in lieu of tips. We seek applicants who possess prior customer service experience, have valid Class D driver’s licenses held for at least a year, and can demonstrate their ability to safely operate both standard and automatic transmission vehicles.

Job Requirements

  • Be over the age of 18
  • Possess a valid Class D driver’s license for at least one year
  • Have own transportation and driving experience
  • Pass a driving record check and criminal background check
  • Availability to work Monday through Friday first shifts
  • Willingness to work weekends and holidays when necessary
  • Ability to handle physical demands of the job including prolonged standing and repeated vehicle access

Job Qualifications
