PMC is seeking dedicated and customer-oriented individuals to join their Valet Parking Division as Valet Attendants. This role is vital in ensuring guests receive exceptional experiences during their arrival and departure. Reporting directly to the Valet Supervisor or Guest Service Coordinator, the Valet Attendant serves as the first and last point of contact for guests, embodying the company’s commitment to professionalism, safety, and outstanding service. Employment can be full-time or part-time with a non-exempt status, offering an hourly wage plus tip opportunities that typically range from $14 to $20 per hour depending on the market and service performance.

The Valet Attendant’s primary responsibilities include safely and efficiently parking and retrieving vehicles, conducting vehicle inspections, managing traffic flow, and responding to guest inquiries with courtesy and professionalism. The role requires strong attention to detail, safety compliance, and flawless execution of valet operations while maintaining a clean and organized work environment. Valet Attendants also uphold company standards related to appearance, punctuality, and teamwork, ensuring smooth operational flow and elevated guest satisfaction.

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • Valid driver's license
  • Reliable transportation
  • Clean motor vehicle record with no more than three moving violations in the last three years
  • Ability to pass and maintain a clean background check
  • Customer service experience preferred
  • Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs
  • Willing and helpful customer service attitude
  • Ability to adhere to company policies and safety protocols

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Conduct vehicle damage inspections and document parking locations on claim tickets
  • Safely and efficiently park and retrieve guest vehicles while adhering to proper key handling procedures
  • Follow all safety protocols to maintain personal and vehicle security
  • Maintain compliance with attendance and timekeeping policies including clocking in/out for shifts and breaks and accurately reporting tips
  • Keep valet areas clean, organized, and presentable at all times
  • Handle challenging situations with professionalism, resolve problems promptly, ensure high-quality service
  • Maintain regular attendance, adhere to company policies, arrive on time in full uniform and properly groomed
