The role of Valet Attendant at PMC is critical in ensuring a welcoming, professional, and efficient first impression for all guests. This position emphasizes the delivery of exceptional customer service while maintaining the safety and security of guest vehicles. Valet Attendants are often the first and last point of personal contact with guests, requiring a courteous and attentive demeanor. Responsibilities include greeting guests warmly, carefully parking and retrieving vehicles, managing traffic flow during busy periods, and addressing guest inquiries with professionalism and tact. This role is both physically demanding and service-oriented, requiring stamina, attention to detail, and an ability to work in varied weather conditions.

PMC offers flexibility with full-time and part-time schedules, supporting both employees seeking stable work hours and those requiring adaptable shifts. Valet Attendants must adhere to strict operational procedures, including vehicle inspections, key handling protocols, and attendance policies. They are expected to maintain valet area cleanliness and demonstrate professionalism at all times, including punctuality and adherence to uniform standards.

Beyond the immediate operational responsibilities, PMC is deeply committed to employee growth and well-being. Eligible employees enjoy a competitive benefits package with medical, dental, and vision insurance options, 401(k) plans, supplemental insurance such as life and critical illness coverage, and paid training. Team members are also eligible for bonus programs, internal leadership development opportunities, and tuition assistance through Bellevue University, which can support up to $5,250 annually. In addition, the company promotes a military-friendly work environment and provides access to nationwide discounts through Perks at Work.

PMC emphasizes an equitable and inclusive workplace where pay transparency is encouraged, and all employees are respected regardless of background. The company complies fully with all federal, state, and local employment laws, including those related to pay equity, worker’s compensation, and employee leave such as FMLA. PMC is an equal opportunity employer committed to compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), providing reasonable accommodations to qualified individuals.

Working as a Valet Attendant at PMC involves dynamic interaction with colleagues, guests, and management in both indoor and outdoor environments. The job requires physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds, manage competing demands under pressure, and maintain a professional attitude in the face of challenges. Use of personal cell phones may be required for work-related communication, with reimbursement following company policies.
