The Guest Service Associate / Valet Attendant position at PMC, located in Anaheim, California, plays a vital role within Valet Parking Operations. This is a full-time or part-time role that offers a competitive compensation of $20.42 per hour plus daily cash tips and potential bonuses based on service performance and customer interactions. This non-exempt position reports directly to the Guest Service Coordinator and involves working all shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Customer service excellence and teamwork are core to this role. The GSA must handle guest concerns politely and resolve any issues quickly while supporting a positive team environment.
