The role of Guest Service Associate at Towne Park is integral to creating a favorable first impression and ongoing positive experiences for guests. This position is responsible for providing attentive, friendly, and efficient hospitality services, ensuring that guests feel welcomed, valued, and well-assisted throughout their visit. The Guest Service Associate plays a pivotal role in the parking and retrieval of guest vehicles, maintaining safety protocols and promptness in service delivery. Additionally, the position entails assisting guests with luggage handling, including its delivery and pick-up during arrivals and departures, which enhances the overall convenience and satisfaction of guests. The associate also performs shuttle duties to approved locations and delivers messages or items as required by the hotel or facility. Attention to detail is critical in documenting vehicle tickets, key tags, guest folios, damage surveys, and claim check receipts, which contribute to the smooth and secure operation of the valet system.
Working conditions for this role may involve exposure to outdoor elements for extended periods, requiring physical endurance such as standing or walking for long hours, climbing stairs, and the ability to exert up to 100 pounds of force occasionally. The position demands a valid driver’s license, and skills such as operating a manual transmission and performing parallel parking are highly desirable to meet the practical requirements of the job.
