We are currently seeking dedicated Valet Attendants to join our vibrant team. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy being active, have excellent communication skills, and a passion for providing impeccable guest service. Working as a Valet Attendant at PENN Entertainment means being the first and last point of contact for our guests, ensuring their experience is not only convenient but also welcoming and memorable. Job Requirements
- Valid Michigan Drivers license
- Ability to operate various motor vehicles
- Ability to operate a vehicle with manual transmission
- Ability to perform basic math functions
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to read, write, and communicate verbally in English
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to bend, stoop, or kneel
- Ability to withstand various temperature changes
- Ability to withstand high frequency noises

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Experience operating various motor vehicles
- Experience driving manual transmission vehicles
- Excellent communication skills

- Ability to work and make decisions under stressful conditions
- Ability to express ideas or make recommendations concerning job-related issues
Job Duties
- Park guests cars upon arrival
- Retrieve guests cars upon departure
- Answer any questions upon arrival
- Provide the highest level of guest service
- Maintain thorough knowledge of the property
- Train new team members
