Job Duties

  • Oversees daily parking of vehicles by attendants
  • schedules breaks for valet attendants
  • manages vehicle pickups and retrievals
  • conducts new hire training
  • ensures department adherence to company and departmental policies and procedures
  • assigns and verifies vehicle claim tickets upon arrival and retrieval
  • keeps driveway clear of vehicles not requiring valet assistance
  • maintains cleanliness around valet booth and area
  • inspects vehicles and reports damages prior to or after parking
  • distributes vehicle claim tickets and manages key storage area and booth
  • prepares weekly work schedules and maintains employee time and attendance records
  • responds to and resolves guest concerns and complaints
  • hires, supervises, trains, evaluates job performance, and administers discipline for team members
  • assists bell persons with luggage and arrivals when necessary
  • performs other duties as assigned by management
