We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Valet Attendant to join our dedicated team at the hotel. This role is fundamental in delivering outstanding guest experiences by providing courteous, efficient, and professional service. The Valet Attendant, also referred to as a Bellman, is responsible for greeting guests upon arrival, escorting them to their rooms, handling luggage with care, and assisting with various guest needs throughout their stay. This position requires a friendly demeanor, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. The work hours for this position are Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m., offering a great opportunity for individuals seeking a fulfilling role with daytime hours.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in the hospitality or customer service industry preferred
- Able to lift, push, and pull heavy objects
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Driver's license required
- Must have a clean driving record

Job Duties
- Greet guests upon arrival and escort them to their designated room
- Load and unload luggage onto carts and transport them to and from guest rooms
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures
- Provide guests with information about the hotel services and amenities
- Answer guest inquiries and address their concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Assist guests with luggage storage and retrieval
- Assist guests with transportation needs and provide directions to local attractions
- Ensure the lobby and other public areas are clean and organized
- Park and obtain guest cars when needed
