Job Requirements
- Minimum three years driver's license experience
- Minimum two years customer service experience
- Professional driving experience or previous valet experience preferred
- Positive and friendly attitude
- Clean-cut appearance
- Fluent in English and well-spoken
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check
- Have a clean driving record and be capable of passing a driving test
Job Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- At least three years of experience with a valid driver’s license
- Previous customer service experience of at least two years
- Professional driving experience or former valet experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain a clean and professional appearance
- Fluent in English with strong verbal skills
Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival
- Assist guests with parking and retrieving vehicles safely and efficiently
- Provide directions and respond to guest inquiries about the property
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the valet parking area
- Ensure proper handling and care of guest vehicles
- Communicate effectively with team members and management
- Uphold company policies and safety standards at all times
