We are currently seeking a Valet Attendant to be the essential first and last point of contact for our guests. This role is pivotal in creating a seamless and welcoming experience from arrival to departure. The Valet Attendant position requires an individual who is not only skilled in parking and handling vehicles but is also exceptional in delivering customer service that exceeds guest expectations. As a Valet Attendant, you will work closely with our parking operations team and management to ensure smooth and efficient valet services. Responsibilities include greeting guests promptly with a friendly and professional demeanor, anticipating their needs, and addressing any concerns or special requests with courtesy and care.

Safety is paramount in this role; therefore, the Valet Attendant must strictly adhere to all company procedures, safety policies, and traffic regulations while operating guest vehicles. This includes the ability to operate both automatic and manual transmission vehicles safely. The candidate must maintain a well-groomed and professional appearance, wear the uniform properly at all times, and collaborate effectively with team members to ensure efficient valet operations.
