We are currently seeking a Valet Attendant to join our team at The Strand location in Huntington Beach, CA. This is a part-time position with open availability requirements from Monday through Sunday, including weekends. The pay rate for this role is $16.90 per hour plus tips, offering a competitive compensation package for our employees. The Valet Attendant position plays a crucial role in the success of LAZ Parking, acting as the face of the company by welcoming clients upon arrival and ensuring their vehicles are parked and retrieved efficiently and safely.
The ideal candidate for this role is charismatic, energetic, and has a genuine passion for customer service. You will be responsible for greeting customers warmly and creating a positive and memorable first and last impression. Your interactions with customers will set the tone for their entire experience with LAZ Parking, so maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor is essential. You will be tasked with parking and retrieving vehicles with great care and attention to detail, ensuring that the safety of each vehicle is a top priority.
In addition to providing exemplary customer service, you will help manage the flow of traffic, keeping operations smooth and organized. This position requires the ability to work independently with minimal supervision while also being a collaborative team player who contributes to a positive work environment. It is essential to demonstrate reliability, flexibility, and a willingness to go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction.
To succeed as a Valet Attendant, you must have a valid driver's license for at least two years with a clean driving record and be comfortable driving both automatic and manual transmission vehicles. Handling challenging situations calmly and effectively is also an important aspect of the role, as well as maintaining excellent communication skills to interact professionally with team members and customers alike.

Job Requirements
- Valid driver's license for at least 2 years
