The position of Valet is located at 3722 S Las Vegas Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89158, operating on a swing shift from Tuesday through Thursday along with a graveyard shift on Fridays and Saturdays. This role offers competitive pay starting at $15.00 per hour, plus tips, with scheduled hours subject to adjustment based on business needs. As a Valet member at ABM, your primary responsibility will be to deliver professional, courteous, and compassionate guest services to create a welcoming and efficient experience for visitors. This job is ideal for individuals entering or reentering the workforce with limited prior experience or education. The Valet role requires individuals to manage traffic flow, communicate procedures clearly to guests, and ensure the highest standards of safety by adhering to traffic laws and facility regulations.

Your duties will include coordinating vehicle movements safely, assisting guests with loading and unloading, collecting and securing keys, and monitoring parking compliance to prevent illegal parking. You will be expected to interact positively with guests, respond promptly to inquiries from customers and team members, and handle various payment transactions accurately and securely. In addition, this role involves maintaining a clean work environment and adapting to all weather conditions while working outdoors. Valets will also be responsible for coordinating support during peak traffic times to minimize wait times and ensure smooth operations. The position requires you to tally tips, manage cash drawer requirements, reconcile daily revenue, and project currency needs accordingly.
