The role of Valet Attendant at Belmont Village Senior Living is essential in delivering outstanding hospitality and customer service to residents and guests. This position involves parking and retrieving personal vehicles within the on-site parking garage safely and efficiently. The ideal candidate for the valet attendant role should be reliable, take pride in their work, and show genuine empathy towards seniors. The Valet Attendant is responsible for ensuring the secure operation of vehicles in compliance with all applicable laws and community policies. Beyond the physical responsibilities, this role plays a pivotal part in enhancing customer satisfaction by offering warm hospitality and assisting with opening vehicle and building doors when needed. Additional duties include assisting with package delivery within the community, contributing to a seamless and supportive living experience for residents. This role requires clear communication skills in English, both verbal and written, and a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. The position typically operates during the 7:00 am to 3:00 pm shift.

Job Duties
- ensuring safe operation of the customer's vehicle in accordance with all applicable laws and ordinances
- providing parking and retrieval of customer vehicles in designated spaces, recording location and number and safekeeping of keys and ticket
- making hospitality, customer service, care and satisfaction the priority in every interaction while assisting with opening of vehicle/building doors as necessary
- assist with package delivery within the community as needed
