We are currently seeking a Valet Attendant to join our team. This role is not just another job; it's a pathway to a rewarding career in hospitality. As a Valet Attendant, you will be the first point of contact for guests, providing them with a professional, courteous, and efficient service that sets the tone for their entire visit. The position involves greeting guests upon arrival, parking and securing their vehicles safely, assisting with luggage, and retrieving vehicles promptly when guests depart. Working outdoors in all weather conditions is a requirement, and physical stamina is essential as the job entails lifting up to 50 pounds, running, standing for long periods, and navigating stairs within parking garages.

The role demands excellent communication skills, a friendly and outgoing personality, and a strong dedication to guest satisfaction. Previous experience as a Valet parking attendant and familiarity with driving manual transmission vehicles are required. We provide comprehensive training, including paid onboarding, high-end Forbes standards training, and continuous on-the-job learning to enhance your professional skills. Our Crescendo Training Program supports career growth into supervisory and operations management roles.

Flexibility is key in this role. Although we start with part-time schedules focused around peak hours for maximum earning potential through tips, there is room to transition into full-time supervisor roles. Working weekends, holidays, and varying shifts is essential to meet the demands of our service.
