Job Requirements
- Must be at least 19 years of age
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required
- Ability to drive manual and automatic transmission vehicles
- Possess and maintain a valid, unrestricted New Mexico Driver’s License
- Successfully pass a stringent background investigation
- Successfully pass pre-employment and random drug screening
- Ability to perform physical activities including balancing, crouching, feeling, finger dexterity, grasping, hearing, kneeling, lifting up to 50 lbs, pulling up to 50 lbs, pushing up to 50 lbs, reaching, seeing, walking, sitting, standing, stooping, and talking
- Ability to work in indoor and outdoor environments subject to various conditions such as temperature extremes, noise, and hazards
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Valid, unrestricted New Mexico Driver’s License
- Ability to drive both manual and automatic transmission vehicles
- Good driving record
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service
- Ability to follow instructions
- Knowledge of local area
- Ability to retrieve customer vehicles safely and quickly
Job Duties
- Greet arriving and departing guests assisting them to and from their accommodations
- Quickly evaluate condition of vehicle, complete valet ticket, and attach ticket to the customer’s keys
- Properly secure vehicle and keys
- Enter data into CPVS system
- Park and retrieve guest vehicles following appropriate valet policies and procedures
- Keep leadership team fully aware of relevant guest feedback and other department updates
- Assist with room moves, special luggage deliveries or pulls, and attend the lobby and front door
- Provide knowledgeable recommendations for property and local city events
- Communicate and partner with other departments to support guest experience
- Perform other duties as needed or required
- Attend and complete required departmental training
- Work collaboratively to deliver the highest degree of service to all guests
- Maintain punctual and regular attendance per the assigned schedule and attendance policy
