Job Requirements
- Must have a minimum of 1 year of driving with a valid driver’s license
- Must be able to drive manual transmission vehicles
- Must be available Friday and Saturday nights from 2pm to 10pm
- Maintain a valid driver’s license and comply with DMV guidelines
- Ability to provide high level customer service
- Effective communication skills

- Maintain composure under pressure
- Possess and maintain a driving record that meets Olympia Hotel Management's Driver Evaluation Criteria
- This is a physically demanding job requiring extended periods of walking, standing, bending, and lifting
Job Qualifications
- Previous valet experience is preferred
- Minimum of 1 year of driving with a valid driver’s license
- Must maintain a valid driver’s license and comply with DMV guidelines
- Previous experience driving a van is preferred
- Experience in guest service and/or working with the public is helpful
- High school diploma or equivalent work experience
- Ability to provide high level customer service
- Effective communication skills with guests and team members
- Ability to learn quickly and pay attention to detail
- Maintain composure under pressure
Job Duties
- Greet arriving guests warmly and assist them with parking their vehicles in a safe and efficient manner
- Drive and maneuver guests' vehicles carefully to designated parking spots, ensuring that all safety protocols and procedures are followed
- Retrieve guests' vehicles promptly upon request, assist with loading luggage or belongings, and ensure that vehicles are returned in the same condition as received
- Welcome arriving guests and assist them with unloading luggage or belongings from their vehicles
- Escort guests to their rooms, carrying luggage as needed, and provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions
- Assist guests with luggage storage, retrieval, and delivery to their rooms, ensuring that all items are handled carefully and delivered promptly
- Provide courteous and attentive service to guests, responding promptly and professionally to their requests, inquiries, and concerns
- Offer assistance with transportation arrangements, restaurant reservations, and other guest needs, and provide directions and recommendations for local attractions and activities
- Anticipate guests' needs and preferences and proactively offer assistance and solutions to enhance their stay experience
- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures, including traffic laws, vehicle handling guidelines, and security measures, to ensure the safety and security of guests, vehicles, and property
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the valet parking area, bell stand, and lobby entrance, including removing debris, organizing luggage carts, and replenishing supplies as needed
- Report any safety hazards, maintenance issues, or security concerns to the appropriate supervisor or manager for resolution
