Job Requirements
- Must be at least 19 years of age
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required
- Ability to drive manual and automatic transmission vehicles
- Must possess and maintain a valid, unrestricted New Mexico driver's license
- Must be able to pass a stringent background investigation
- Will require pre-employment and random drug screening
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service
- Good driving record
- Knowledge of local area
- Ability to follow instructions
- Ability to retrieve customer's vehicle safely and quickly

Job Duties
- Greet arriving and departing guests assisting them to and from their accommodations
- Quickly evaluate condition of vehicle, complete valet ticket, and attach ticket to the customer's keys
- Properly secure vehicle and keys
- Enter data into CPVS system
- Park and retrieve guest vehicles following appropriate valet policies and procedures
- Ensure leadership team is informed of relevant guest or departmental feedback
- Assist with room moves, special luggage deliveries and pulls, and attend the Lobby and front door
- Provide knowledgeable recommendations for the property, city events, and outlets
- Communicate and partner with other departments to support guest experience
- Perform other duties as needed or required
- Attend and complete required departmental training
- Work collaboratively to deliver high service standards
- Maintain punctual and regular attendance as per policy
