Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 19 years of age
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent required
  • Ability to drive manual and automatic transmission vehicles
  • Must possess and maintain a valid, unrestricted New Mexico driver’s license
  • Must be able to successfully pass a stringent background investigation
  • Will require pre-employment and random drug screening
  • Punctual and regular attendance
  • Ability to perform physical activities including lifting up to 50 lbs, balancing, crouching, pulling, pushing, walking, standing, stooping, and talking

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Ability to drive manual and automatic transmission vehicles
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Good driving record
  • Knowledge of the local area
  • Ability to retrieve customer’s vehicle safely and quickly
  • Ability to follow instructions
  • Experience with vehicle parking or valet services preferred

Job Duties

  • Greet arriving and departing guests assisting them to and from their accommodations
  • Quickly evaluate condition of vehicle, complete valet ticket, and attach ticket to customer’s keys
  • Properly secure vehicle and keys
  • Enter data into CPVS system
  • Park and retrieve guest vehicles following appropriate valet policies and procedures
  • Ensure leadership team is kept aware of any relevant feedback from guests or other departments
  • Assist with room moves, special luggage deliveries and pulls, and attend the lobby and front door
  • Provide knowledgeable recommendations for property, city events, and outlets
  • Communicate and partner with other departments to support the guest experience
  • Perform other duties as needed or required
  • Attend and complete required departmental training
  • Work collaboratively to deliver the highest degree of service to all guests
  • Report to work punctually and regularly as scheduled
