Job Requirements
- Must be at least 19 years of age
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required
- Ability to drive manual and automatic transmission vehicles
- Must possess and maintain a valid, unrestricted New Mexico driver’s license
- Must be able to successfully pass a stringent background investigation
- Will require pre-employment and random drug screening
- Punctual and regular attendance
- Ability to perform physical activities including lifting up to 50 lbs, balancing, crouching, pulling, pushing, walking, standing, stooping, and talking
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Ability to drive manual and automatic transmission vehicles
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Good driving record
- Knowledge of the local area
- Ability to retrieve customer’s vehicle safely and quickly
- Ability to follow instructions
- Experience with vehicle parking or valet services preferred
Job Duties
- Greet arriving and departing guests assisting them to and from their accommodations
- Quickly evaluate condition of vehicle, complete valet ticket, and attach ticket to customer’s keys
- Properly secure vehicle and keys
- Enter data into CPVS system
- Park and retrieve guest vehicles following appropriate valet policies and procedures
- Ensure leadership team is kept aware of any relevant feedback from guests or other departments
- Assist with room moves, special luggage deliveries and pulls, and attend the lobby and front door
- Provide knowledgeable recommendations for property, city events, and outlets
- Communicate and partner with other departments to support the guest experience
- Perform other duties as needed or required
- Attend and complete required departmental training
- Work collaboratively to deliver the highest degree of service to all guests
- Report to work punctually and regularly as scheduled
