Job Requirements
- Valid Texas driver's license
- Clean driving record no restriction "B"
- Age 19 or older
- Reliable transportation
- Reliable access to phone and internet
- No face, neck, or hand tattoos
- Ability to stand, walk, and run for extended periods of time
- Be clean shaven except for a mustache and goatee
- Willingness to have a pre-employment background check and driver's record check
- Willingness to undergo random drug screenings
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Valid Texas Driver's License
- Clean driving record with no restrictions
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Ability to stand and be physically active for extended periods
Job Duties
- Greet and assist guests promptly when they arrive
- Safely park and retrieve vehicles in a timely manner
- Maintain a clean and organized valet parking area
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and concerns
- Follow all safety protocols and driving regulations
- Assist with valet operations during peak times and special events
- Support team members to ensure smooth and efficient service flow
