Job Requirements
- Equivalent to a high school diploma
- 2-3 years supervisory experience
- Experience in valet services
- Valid Illinois Drivers License
- Ability to operate manual and automatic transmission automobiles
- Strong guest service orientation
- Ability to speak and understand English
- Adherence to company Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) policy
- Availability to work evenings, holidays, and weekends
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2-3 years of supervisory experience
- Experience working in a valet role
- Valid Illinois Drivers License
- Ability to operate manual and automatic transmission vehicles
- Strong guest service skills
- Ability to speak and understand English
- Knowledge of company MVR policy and safe driving practices
- Ability to work evenings, holidays, and weekends as business needs dictate
Job Duties
- Provide a high level of guest service and promote a positive attitude to create a fun and entertaining experience for guests and team members
- Review workflow and staffing levels of valet staff
- Conduct daily performance reviews of valet staff
- Monitor departmental supplies and requisition as needed
- Investigate and resolve guest complaints or concerns in accordance with company and departmental policies and procedures
- Schedule departmental staff for proper coverage
- Monitor and maintain the cleanliness of departmental areas of responsibility
- Monitor the monetary transactions of the Valet Department
- Perform other duties as assigned
