Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience in guest-facing hotel or valet role preferred
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required
  • Strong communication skills
  • Polished and professional demeanor
  • Ability to lift or move up to 25 pounds
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Ability to work outdoors
  • Availability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Greet guests warmly and professionally
  • Anticipate and respond to guest needs
  • Escort guests to rooms with luggage assistance
  • Provide directions and local information
  • Make timely deliveries and assist with luggage storage
  • Maintain cleanliness of lobby and bell closet
  • Safely park and retrieve guest vehicles following valet procedures
  • Keep entrance areas clear for guests and emergency access
  • Operate valet ticketing system accurately
  • Open and close vehicle doors and assist guests
  • Follow parking, cash handling, and inventory protocols
  • Communicate guest preferences or issues promptly
  • Support team efforts to uphold Marriott's Sincere Service standards
