Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to bend, reach, and lift

- Willingness to complete drug screen and background check
- Prompt and regular attendance

- Minimum availability of 16 hours per week for part-time

- Weekly review and approval of electronic timecard for accuracy
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in guest-facing hotel or valet role preferred
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required
- Strong communication skills
- Polished and professional demeanor
- Ability to lift or move up to 25 pounds
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to work outdoors
- Availability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and professionally
- Anticipate and respond to guest needs
- Escort guests to rooms with luggage assistance
- Provide directions and local information
- Make timely deliveries and assist with luggage storage
- Maintain cleanliness of lobby and bell closet
- Safely park and retrieve guest vehicles following valet procedures
- Keep entrance areas clear for guests and emergency access
- Operate valet ticketing system accurately
- Open and close vehicle doors and assist guests
- Follow parking, cash handling, and inventory protocols
- Communicate guest preferences or issues promptly
- Support team efforts to uphold Marriott's Sincere Service standards
