Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- one to three months related experience and/or training
- valid Arizona driver's license
- clean motor vehicle record for 3 years
- age 19 or older
- ability to operate automatic and manual vehicles safely
- positive and professional image
- self-motivated and customer service oriented
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- experience with communications technology
- reliable attendance
- ability to recognize and follow safety precautions
Job Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
- one to three months related experience and/or training
- valid Arizona driver's license with a 3 year clean motor vehicle record (MVR)
- must be 19 years of age or older
- experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to operate and drive automatic and manual automobiles safely
- positive and professional image
- self-motivated and customer service oriented
- experience using communications and technology equipment
- reliable and predictable attendance
- awareness of occupational hazards and adherence to safety practices
Job Duties
- Treats all members, guests, and employees with respect
- maintains friendly appearance
- greets members and guests by name with a smile
- ensures clothing is clean, pressed, and in good condition and overall attire and appearance meets dress code guidelines
- maintains cleanliness of work area
- park automobiles for members and guests
- help members and guests in and out of automobiles
- parks vehicles (pull keys) in designated valet parking areas and retrieves vehicles on request
- assist members and guests with personal belongings
- provide directions to various places throughout the clubhouse
- respond to member/guest inquiries related to club policies and procedures
- responsible for maintaining a clean and safe working environment, with continual emphasis on promoting employee health and safety
- assists in training colleagues in proper safety techniques
- proactively communicate with other departments (security, F&B, golf) in regards to member and guests arrival and departure using radio, headset
- perform other duties as assigned
