Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Current valid driver's license
- Experience in customer service environment preferably in senior living
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Good communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties
- Greet guests and residents cheerfully and thank them upon exit
- Park and retrieve vehicles in a safe and timely manner
- Explain valet parking policies and other guest parking options
- Fill in at the concierge desk performing tasks such as scheduling transportation, taking dining requests, submitting work orders, and making event reservations
- Coordinate setup and breakdown of community events and activities
- Perform light clerical duties and act as backup for answering outside calls
- Monitor emergency response system and fire alarm panel during daytime hours
- Ensure front of community meets first impression standards
- Carry out other duties assigned by supervisor
