Job Duties

Greet guests promptly upon arrival and assist with valet parking services in a friendly and professional manner
safely park and retrieve guest vehicles in accordance with hotel procedures and traffic regulations
maintain a polished appearance and deliver exceptional customer service at all times
assist guests with directions, luggage, or other inquiries as needed
work collaboratively with front desk to ensure a seamless arrival and departure experience
maintain cleanliness and organization of the valet area
