The role of Valet at Mirbeau is integral to ensuring each guest experiences a seamless, welcoming, and memorable stay from arrival to departure. This position works closely with the Guest Services and Front Desk teams to offer a warm first impression and continuous support throughout guests’ visits. Key responsibilities include greeting guests with professionalism, providing luggage assistance, escorting guests to rooms with helpful in-room orientations, and offering detailed property guidance. The Valet also manages vehicle transportation, ensuring guest safety and maintaining company vehicle standards. Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in hotels or hospitality, especially in bell attendant or concierge roles

- current valid driver’s license

Job Duties
- Greet guests with a warm, professional demeanor using approved language
- open doors and offer welcome drinks to create a polished first impression
- escort guests to rooms, confirm room keys, and provide in-room orientation
- give tours of the property and provide resort maps and information on amenities and local attractions
- assist with luggage handling during check-in, check-out, or upon request
- deliver special items and accommodate in-room requests throughout the stay
- transport guests safely using company vehicles and maintain radio contact with the property
- ensure company vehicles are clean, fueled, and properly maintained
- handle guest laundry and dry-cleaning needs and follow up on issues
- provide resort and area recommendations, upsell services, and answer guest questions
- communicate guest needs, complaints, or unusual situations to management promptly
- keep bell stand, bell closet, lobby, and entryways clean, organized, and stocked
- maintain front desk restroom cleanliness and stock
- perform light maintenance and cleaning including vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and shoveling in winter
- check housekeeping closets for used trays or dishes and remove them
- polish bell carts regularly
- print and organize daily arrivals reports for guest greeting
- log and store lost and found items
- report low room supplies or equipment issues
- attend staff meetings and training sessions
- contribute ideas to improve service and guest experience
- perform additional duties as assigned by management
