Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
No prior related work experience required

Availability to work overnight shifts
Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
Ability to lift and move luggage up to 50 pounds independently
Ability to assist with lifting items over 75 pounds
Good communication skills
Ability to read and visually verify information
Physical capability to move on varied surfaces and stairs
Adherence to company safety policies and professional appearance standards

Job Duties

Greet and escort guests to their rooms
Open doors and assist guests and visitors entering and exiting the property
Inform guests about hotel amenities, services, operating hours, and local activities
Identify and explain room features such as key usage, minibar, ice and vending machine locations, safe, and laundry services
Handle luggage transportation to and from rooms or designated areas
Assist with luggage storage and retrieval
Aid guests and visitors with vehicle entry and exit, including loading and unloading luggage
Provide directions and transportation arrangements such as taxis or shuttle services
Communicate parking procedures to guests and visitors
Comply with all safety policies and procedures, report maintenance or safety hazards
Maintain a neat and professional appearance
Protect company property and sensitive information
Collaborate with team members and support common goals
Meet quality assurance standards
Perform physical tasks including lifting, moving, and transporting objects of various weights
Stay alert and respond to work situations promptly
Use clear and professional language when communicating
Perform additional reasonable job duties as assigned
