Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • No prior related work experience required
  • No supervisory experience required
  • No licenses or certifications required
  • Availability to work overnight shifts
  • Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
  • Ability to lift and move luggage up to 50 pounds independently
  • Ability to assist with lifting items over 75 pounds

Job Duties

  • Greet and escort guests to their rooms
  • Open doors and assist guests and visitors entering and exiting the property
  • Inform guests about hotel amenities, services, operating hours, and local activities
  • Identify and explain room features such as key usage, minibar, ice and vending machine locations, safe, and laundry services
  • Handle luggage transportation to and from rooms or designated areas
  • Assist with luggage storage and retrieval
  • Aid guests and visitors with vehicle entry and exit, including loading and unloading luggage
  • Provide directions and transportation arrangements such as taxis or shuttle services
  • Communicate parking procedures to guests and visitors
  • Comply with all safety policies and procedures, report maintenance or safety hazards
  • Maintain a neat and professional appearance
  • Protect company property and sensitive information
  • Collaborate with team members and support common goals
  • Meet quality assurance standards
  • Perform physical tasks including lifting, moving, and transporting objects of various weights
  • Stay alert and respond to work situations promptly
  • Use clear and professional language when communicating
