The valet position at ABM is a dynamic role that involves delivering professional, courteous, and compassionate guest services focused on managing vehicle parking operations. Valets act as the front-line ambassadors, coordinating efficient traffic flow and ensuring a seamless guest experience in various settings, including commercial office buildings, airports, hospitals, entertainment venues, and more. This role is hourly paid, offering between $18.75 and $20.00 per hour depending on factors such as experience, skills, and regional market data. Valets play a critical part in maintaining smooth operations, enhancing customer satisfaction, and ensuring safety within parking environments.

This position requires performing a variety of responsibilities such as directing incoming vehicle traffic, communicating clearly with guests about valet procedures, monitoring parking compliance, and ensuring vehicles are parked and retrieved safely and efficiently. Valets are also expected to assist guests with loading and unloading, handle payment transactions, maintain orderly key storage, and keep the work area clean and free of debris. The job demands working in all weather conditions and upholding facility policies and traffic regulations.
