Pyramid Global Hospitality is currently seeking motivated individuals to join The Bradley’s Guest Services team as Valet Parking Attendants. This role is integral to creating the first and lasting impressions for guests, ensuring that every visitor feels warmly welcomed from the moment they arrive. The Valet Parking Attendant is responsible for tasks such as opening car doors, assisting with luggage, providing information about the hotel amenities and local area, and helping guests secure other transportation methods. This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy interacting with a diverse group of people and have a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

Job Requirements

  • At least one year in a customer service role with high guest interaction
  • Valid driver’s license with no infractions for at least 6 months
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Must be able to work a full shift standing and running to retrieve cars
  • Must be available to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
  • Pleasant and helpful personality
  • Ability to solve problems when they arise

Job Qualifications

  • At least one year in a customer service role with high guest interaction
  • Hospitality industry experience is a plus
  • Valid driver’s license with no infractions for at least 6 months

Job Duties

  • Help guests discover their “Wanderlust” experience
  • Provide exceptional customer service by being engaging and taking sincere interest
  • Interact with all guests, welcoming each to the hotel
  • Open car doors for guests arriving by vehicle
  • Park and retrieve guests’ cars as needed
  • Assist guests in securing other forms of transportation
  • Work with other attendants to ensure personalized guest experiences
  • Assist lobby attendant in keeping entrance area clean and organized
  • Be the difference with all guests and employees by doing more than just the norm
