Job Requirements
- At least one year in a customer service role with high guest interaction
- Valid driver’s license with no infractions for at least 6 months
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Must be able to work a full shift standing and running to retrieve cars
- Must be available to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
- Pleasant and helpful personality
- Ability to solve problems when they arise

Job Duties
- Help guests discover their “Wanderlust” experience
- Provide exceptional customer service by being engaging and taking sincere interest
- Interact with all guests, welcoming each to the hotel
- Open car doors for guests arriving by vehicle
- Park and retrieve guests’ cars as needed
- Assist guests in securing other forms of transportation
- Work with other attendants to ensure personalized guest experiences
- Assist lobby attendant in keeping entrance area clean and organized
- Be the difference with all guests and employees by doing more than just the norm
