Job Duties

Greet customers as they arrive in the service drive and determine appointment status
Determine who the Service Advisor is and notify him/her of the customer’s presence
Wash vehicles’ windshields and place protective seat covers and driver’s side floor mats in each vehicle
Move vehicles to various locations on the lot as directed by Service Advisors
Complete key tags for customer vehicles and update parking lot space number as necessary
Prepare vehicles for delivery to customers by removing protective mats and seat covers, inspecting vehicles for fingerprints, grease, etc. and cleaning as necessary
Assist the Cashier in the rental car process by moving rental cars, reporting mileage, gas gauge indicator and cleanliness of the vehicle
Clean designated areas of service buildings as directed by the Service Manager
Maintain a professional appearance
