Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- at least 3 years of driving experience
- valid driver’s license with no restrictions and a clean driving record
- must be able to drive both automatic and manual (stick shift) vehicles
- able to do basic math with time and money
- understand 24-hour and military time
- must speak, read, and write English fluently
- must be legally allowed to work in the U.S.
- must pass a background check, drug screening, and required health screenings
- strong communication skills and a professional appearance
- friendly, reliable, and passionate about helping people
- able to work outdoors in all weather (rain, snow, heat, etc.)
- regularly required to stand, walk, use hands, talk, see, and hear
- able to lift/move up to 100 lbs occasionally
- able to push or pull wheelchairs (100-350 lbs) over long distances
- ability to work flexible schedules and extended hours such as weekends, holidays, and longer shifts is sometimes required

Job Duties
- Safely drive, park, and retrieve vehicles while following all traffic laws
- greet every guest with a warm and professional attitude
- help patients and visitors with directions, bags, and getting in or out of their vehicles
- check for and note any damage on vehicles before taking them
- record valet ticket numbers and parking locations correctly
- explain parking rates and how the valet process works to patients and visitors
- report accidents right away to your supervisor or Lane Captain
- keep the valet area clean, organized, and safe always
- maintain patient privacy and follow HIPAA guidelines
- perform other duties as assigned
