The Valet role at ABM offers a professional, courteous, and compassionate front-line guest service position, ideal for individuals entering or returning to the workforce with limited experience or education. Pay ranges from $17.00 to $18.00 per hour, depending on the applicant's experience, skills, geographic location, and market conditions. This position involves providing exceptional guest services by coordinating traffic flow, operating vehicles safely, and ensuring effective communication with guests. Valets engage with visitors in a friendly manner, assist with loading and unloading, and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the work area. Additionally, they handle vehicle keys securely, monitor illegal parking, and manage valet payments accurately.

Valets must be comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions for extended periods and must be able to operate both standard and automatic transmission vehicles. The role also requires coordination of support during peak traffic flow and the management of revenue reporting and tip pool distribution.
