Job Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Valid Driver's License with a clear driving record
- Ability to work Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday from 3:00pm to 11:00pm
- Must be physically able to perform a fast-paced, active role
- Ability to communicate clearly in English
- Demonstrated reliability and professionalism
- Must be able to work well within a team and independently

Job Duties
- Ensure safe operation of the customer's vehicle in accordance with all applicable laws and ordinances
- Provide parking and retrieval of customer vehicles in designated spaces, record location and number and safeguard keys and tickets
- Make hospitality, customer service, care and satisfaction the priority in every interaction while assisting with opening of vehicle/building doors as necessary
- Assist with package delivery within the community as needed
- Collaborate effectively with team members to maintain smooth and efficient operations
- Communicate clearly and professionally with residents and guests
- Adhere to community policies and procedures regarding vehicle and resident safety
