Job Description
This position is offered by a dynamic and high-energy casino environment committed to providing exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced setting. The establishment is recognized for its dedication to outstanding customer service and maintains a vibrant atmosphere where entertainment and hospitality come together. As a casino valet, you will play an essential role in ensuring the safety and security of guests’ vehicles while demonstrating professionalism and courtesy. The casino prioritizes adherence to high ethical standards, integrity, and teamwork to uphold its mission and values. Employment is offered on an hourly basis, starting at $14.00 per hour plus tips, with a requirement for flexibility to work various shifts including late nights, early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
As a Valet, your primary responsibility will be to provide guests with peace of mind by safeguarding their vehicles throughout their visit. You will be expected to park and retrieve vehicles swiftly, safely, and efficiently, using the Computerized Valet Parking System (CVPS) to manage operations smoothly. A key element of your role revolves around creating an inviting and friendly environment, greeting guests warmly, assisting with directions, and addressing inquiries to enhance their overall experience. Beyond the physical tasks of driving and handling vehicles, you will also be required to maintain a clean, organized, and secured work area and support other team members as needed. The position demands a strong focus on safety, timely communication of any vehicle-related incidents to management, and strict compliance with all internal controls, policies, and procedures. The working conditions include exposure to both indoor and outdoor environments in varying weather, with frequent physical activity and the necessity to handle heavy items in a safe manner, adhering to all personal protective equipment policies. This role is well-suited for individuals who thrive in fast-paced, guest-oriented roles where attention to detail, interpersonal skills, and physical stamina are crucial to success.
