Job Requirements
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed
- Physical ability to stand, walk, and maneuver vehicles throughout the shift
- Work environment may include exposure to varying weather conditions
- Must be able to operate a vehicle safely and responsibly while shuttling customers and managing pickups/deliveries
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to handle vehicles of various sizes and types
- Demonstrated attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- Greet customers promptly and courteously upon their arrival
- Verify customer information
- Park and retrieve customer vehicles in a safe and efficient manner
- Ensure vehicles are properly secured and protected while in the service area
- Conduct a preliminary inspection of vehicles upon arrival to note any existing damage
- Accurately input customer and vehicle information into the service management system
- Coordinate with service advisors to ensure smooth transition of vehicles to the service department
- Maintain a clean and organized valet area
- Provide a high level of customer service by anticipating customer needs and addressing concerns promptly
- Follow up with customers as needed to ensure satisfaction with the service process
- Shuttle customers to and from the service location as needed
- Manage the pickup and delivery of customer vehicles, ensuring timely and secure transport
- Communicate with customers regarding pickup and delivery schedules and any changes
- Effectively communicate with service advisors and technicians to relay important vehicle and service information
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures related to vehicle handling and customer service
- Follow safety protocols to prevent accidents and ensure the safety of customers, vehicles, and staff
