Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Ability to submit to background check and drug screening
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Physically able to perform job duties including driving and standing for extended periods
Positive and professional demeanor

Job Duties

Greet guests warmly and confirm appointments to ensure a welcoming experience
Provide exceptional customer service with meticulous attention to detail
Maintain positive and professional relationships with guests and colleagues
Uphold high ethical standards and professionalism in all interactions
Ensure the cleanliness and organization of facilities, parking lots, and vehicles
Open vehicle doors for guests and assist with personal belongings
Safely drive and park vehicles in designated areas, recording parking locations accurately
Retrieve vehicles promptly for guests when requested
Direct traffic efficiently in valet areas and parking lots as needed
Adhere to Genesis valet guidelines for pick-up and delivery services using company-provided devices
Perform additional duties as assigned to support operational needs
