Job Requirements

Valid drivers license
positive attitude and willingness to work as a team

Job Qualifications

Previous porter experience a plus but not required
excellent customer service skills
must be self-motivated and have the energy to meet new people every day
must be able to work in outdoor elements
must be able to operate vehicles in a safe manner
valid drivers license and good driving record
must be able to pass criminal background check motor vehicle check and drug screen

Job Duties

Greet arriving and departing guests
park guest vehicles in specified areas in an efficient and safe manner
retrieve customer vehicles from specified areas in an efficient and safe manner
perform drive and park assignments as per department policies and procedures
organize and clean the service drive
deliver keys and repair orders to the appropriate service advisor or holding area
maintain neat and organized parking lot
provide shuttle services for guests
run any necessary errands required by management or service department
maintain clean service area and other areas as directed by management
