Job Requirements

Valid driver's license
positive attitude and willingness to work as a team

Job Qualifications

Previous porter experience a plus but not required
excellent customer service skills
must be self-motivated and have the energy to meet new people every day
must be able to work in outdoor elements
must be able to operate vehicles in a safe manner
valid driver's license and good driving record
must be able to pass criminal background check, motor vehicle check and drug screen

Job Duties

Greets arriving and departing guests
parks guest vehicles in specified areas in an efficient and safe manner
retrieves customer vehicles from specified areas in an efficient and safe manner
performs drive and park assignments as per department policies and procedures
organizes and cleans the service drive
delivers keys and repair orders to the appropriate Service Advisor or holding area
maintains neat and organized parking lot
provides shuttle services for guests
runs any necessary errands required by management or service department
any other duties as directed by management
